The Chairman of the General Meeting was elected. It was Albert Zaripov (Tatarstan).
On June 20, 2021, the regular General Meeting of the Outreach Coalition members was held in Moscow. Individual and legal members from Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Moscow, Kazan, Almetyevsk, Rostov-on-Don, Moscow attended in person. Members from Togliatti, Perm and Yekaterinburg joined the meeting remotely. Members from St. Petersburg and Tallinn, Estonia, were unable to attend the meeting.
During the meeting, the issues of raising funds for the existence of the Coalition were discussed, the election of the Chairman was held, and the presentation of the financial report took place.
In addition, the meeting summed up the results of the implementation of mini-grants received by almost all members of the Coalition (with the exception of the Humanitarian Project from Novosibirsk and the individual Victoria Dollen from Moscow) within the framework of the project for the exchange of best practices with the Lighthouse organization (Vietnam). In conclusion, the members of the Coalition noted the need to hold a strategic planning session on the territory of another country (for security purposes) to discuss the further development of the organization, taking into account the tightening of legislation on "foreign agents" and "undesirable organizations" in Russia, as well as a negative attitude towards harm reduction programs from government agencies.
